Glam Nails 3: Inspired by @naturenail

The third prompt for the Glam Nails Challenge is to create design inspired by naturenail [click on her name to see the original]. I scrolled down her feed and found this cute semi mix and match design that has stripes, leopard print and a plain nail. Although mine is not a perfect replica I am still happy with how it came out.
Sorry about the yellow quality [late night photo]

So I began by painting my nails different colours, one blue, one white, one nude and then another white. After this dried I then set about drawing the lines on the white nails, I used two different techniques as the ones in the original post were quite thick and so I first used the nail polish brush itself to create the thick lines on my middle finger. For my little finger though, I changed this brush out for a striping brush to give a thinner line.

I then added some brown dots randomly onto the nude nail and then used a dotting tool and black polish to add some detailing around the brown dots. There was no exact placement with this but I tended to do a semi-circle at the top and then a dot the other side of the brown dot. This nail was then finished off with some blue dots in the empty spaces to tie the whole design together with the blank blue nail.

Sorry this wasn't a photo tutorial, it was late at night when I took the pictures and none of them really came out very well, even the one picture I did show you.
